Sad news today
Chorus angelorum te suscipiat
May the ranks of angels receive you
Sad news today. My brother Joe reads the obits, remembered she was my first great love, & broke the news. It was a long time ago. She is so special in my heart & memories.

Sorry to hear about the loss. You have often spoken of her on your blog, or at least I believe it was her (lots of dancer references re an old girlfriend).
I've been lucky thus far. No friends of mine in my age group has yet to pass away. (Crossing fingers).

All my many stories about her are sort of "cute." Her huge family, the hours she would spend at Daffy Dan's, the local discount clothing outlet buying one article of clothing. Seeing Jim Morrison & The Doors on their first tour east. Going to the boardwalk & NYC, Glad to see her mom is alive, but sad because it is so true no mom wants to outlive a child. Mrs. B was a champion mom & very kind to me. I'll write more.
