What a fool believes

I  almost have something to say. It's coming together. I have to trust  it wasn't all something I imagined.

Terrific cover of this Doobie Brothers hit. Instead of Michael McDonald's exercise in self-humiliation, we get a gossipy third person account of an embarrassing incident at a party. By the end, Sharon sounds so obsessed & worked up by what she witnessed that we sense she actually feels sorry for the poor guy.

Comments:
Definitely a good version. Trying to find an MP3 version instead of YouTube. Not having any luck, though.

OK, I paid the damn 99 cents to purchase this song, but it was worth it! Now I have the MP3!

Glad you liked it. She won some Dutch TV contest, X Factor. I pay for a song once in awhile. Recently bought one by Was, Not Was.

Meh, not my cup of tea, more into Heavy metal, at 52.
I am here because I was astounded to see you mentioned as a contributor at Brilliant at Breakfast.

Get yer narrow ass back over to Jill's place and put something up!

Busted

I'm good for a couple of posts when Jill takes a vacation. The same stuff I bitch about gets covered at Breakfast better than I do it, a lots more besides.
