A Week in Ocean City

The movie marquee indicates I was in Ocean City the summer this photo was taken, 1963, Hatari was released October 1962. The two Ocean City boardwalk movie theaters were not "first run." I have a postcard from Atlantic City in 1963 with Bye Bye Birdie on the  marquee of the theater where I saw it.

On my last and only visit to Ocean City approx. 15 years ago, I recall seeing that movie theatre on the boardwalk. I thought that going to the movies would be a great activity for a rainy day down the shore. Is the theatre still there?

OC has the same two boardwalk theaters I recall - The Moorlyn & The Strand.
