Hackney's Famous Lobster Pool
In this pool our lobsters are kept alive and purified for 24 hours
in freshly pumped salt water right from the ocean.
Hackney's was a huge dockside restaurant on the Inlet.
If they soaked the doomed creatures in inlet water, the purity was doubtful.
