Sign on the window of the vacant former Cost Cutters store: COMING SOON! & something underneath I couldn't read. I sidetracked into the parking lot for a closer look:

Cost Cutters is a Drug Fair without the pharmacy, ugly store. Perks up only before Christmas with a large stock of decorations. Something's coming to that location.COMING!
