This looks more like the North Jersey Coast tracks below South Amboy.

I wonder where, other that stretch approaching Morgan's Creek, did any line run along the shore of Raritan Bay with nothing between it & the water but a beach? I know where it went between Keyport & Leonardo, but whence from there to the bridge over the Navesink?
