Half-million dollars for a modest
house in leafy Teaneck New Jersey
& after you move in you find out
your neighbors hire a DJ &
have big parties in their garage
on Saturday nights. Five dollars
is all it costs, they come from
all over, & one night at one a.m.
there's a gunshot in the street &
a fifteen year old boy is dead.

Probably some gang member or wannabe. These parties attracted 100 kids, including some from Paterson. The neighbors are either too tolerant or too frightened.
