Meet Hibbertopterus
Giant water scorpion (5' x 3') occasionally dragged itself on to land 300 million years or so ago in a volcanic, equatorial place that is now Scotland. Relative of the Horseshoe Crab, one of my favorite creatures.Here's the BBC News article.
