I hold no illusions that I'll be remembered as more than a footnote in the history of WFMU - & that history will be recounted & written by people from both inside & outside the station community. But I do believe any hope of being remembered for my poems & other writings will likely come through my long association with WFMU. I'm certain that poets to come, exploring public roles for themselves (perhaps a few academics also), will discover me in that footnote.
